If you want to download the notebooks (there is a link atop of the pages), you will need also the following files

1. 00_custom.css,
2. 00_custom.sav.css, this is the same as the previous one and has a different name for, ahem, historical reasons,
3. 00_mplrc.

To reproduce exactly the look of the notebooks you may want to download the Charis SIL fonts (ask google), but they are not strictly needed.
